Spring Roll Sheet 10 sheet
Banana, ripe 10 pcs
Vegetable Oil for Deep-frying
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup
Red Maraschino Cherries in Syrup for Decorating
Mint Leaves for decorating
Method
1. Wrap bananas with spring roll sheet. Seal the edge with water.
2. Heat vegetable oil. Deep fry the spring roll till golden.
3. Cut into bite size. Serve with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup. Decorate with red Maraschino cherries in syrup and mint leaves.
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
