Method

Method (for cupcakes)

1. Sift all dry ingredients together.

2. Beat margarine, sugar, Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup and green food coloring together with paddle attachment at medium speed for 10 minutes. Scrape the bowl often.

3. Lower the speed. Add eggs and evaporated milk. Add sifted ingredients. Mix till combined.

4. Add the batter in aluminum foil cup, about ¾ full. Bake at 420 degree Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes or till baked.

5. Remove from foil cup. Leave to cool completely. Decorate with syrup butter cream, silver sugar pearl and sugar icing dolls.

Method (for Syrup Buttercream)

1. Mix 500 g of butter cream with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup and another 100 g with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Strawberry Flavored Syrup. Mix well till combined. Set aside.

Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
