Method
|
Method (for cupcakes) |

1. Sift all dry ingredients together. |
|
2. Beat margarine, sugar, Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup and green food coloring together with paddle attachment at medium speed for 10 minutes. Scrape the bowl often. |
|
3. Lower the speed. Add eggs and evaporated milk. Add sifted ingredients. Mix till combined. |
|
4. Add the batter in aluminum foil cup, about ¾ full. Bake at 420 degree Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes or till baked. |
|
5. Remove from foil cup. Leave to cool completely. Decorate with syrup butter cream, silver sugar pearl and sugar icing dolls. |

Method (for Syrup Buttercream) |
|
1. Mix 500 g of butter cream with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup and another 100 g with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Strawberry Flavored Syrup. Mix well till combined. Set aside. |

Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region. |
