Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup

Method

1. Prepare coconut jelly by mixing everything except coconut milk together. Bring to boil. Add UHT coconut milk and mix well. Remove from heat and keep warm in warm bath

2. Prepare clear jelly by mixing everything together. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and divide into 4 parts. Mix with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup or other preferred flavors.

3. Pour clear jelly in the mould, alternate with coconut jelly. Refrigerate to set and serve cold.

Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
