Method
|
1. Prepare coconut jelly by mixing everything except coconut milk together. Bring to boil. Add UHT coconut milk and mix well. Remove from heat and keep warm in warm bath |

2. Prepare clear jelly by mixing everything together. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and divide into 4 parts. Mix with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup or other preferred flavors. |

3. Pour clear jelly in the mould, alternate with coconut jelly. Refrigerate to set and serve cold. |

Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region. |
