Method
|
1. Sift all purpose flour. Set aside. |
|
2. Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup with milk and melted butter with whisk to combine. |
|
3. Add sifted ingredients. Mix to combine. |
|
4.Warm the pan. Add a tablespoon of melted butter. Pour the batter and turn the pan to make nice round crepe. Cook both side and cool down. |
|
5.Put on the plate when ready to serve. |

Assembling the crepe |
|
1. Spread whipped cream on first layer of crepe. Repeat till 10 layers are done. |
|
2. Decorate with coconut milk ice cream, fresh raspberries and mint leaves |
|
3. Splash on top of the crepe with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup before serving. |
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
