Cream Soda Crepe with Coconut Milk Ice Cream

All Purpose Flour

UHT Milk

Coconut Milk Ice Cream

Raspberries, fresh

Mint Leaves

Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup for decoration

Whipped Cream for spreading and decorating

Method

1. Sift all purpose flour. Set aside.

2. Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup with milk and melted butter with whisk to combine.

3. Add sifted ingredients. Mix to combine.

4.Warm the pan. Add a tablespoon of melted butter. Pour the batter and turn the pan to make nice round crepe. Cook both side and cool down.

5.Put on the plate when ready to serve.

Assembling the crepe

1. Spread whipped cream on first layer of crepe. Repeat till 10 layers are done.

2. Decorate with coconut milk ice cream, fresh raspberries and mint leaves

3. Splash on top of the crepe with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup before serving.

Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
