Cream Soda Flavored Sago Dessert

| Coconut Meat, shredded | 150 | g |
| Water | 600 | g |
| Sago, small size | 200 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup | 200 | g |

Method
1. Mix salt with coconut and steam for 10 minutes. Set aside.
2. Bring water to boil. Cook sago till transparent outside but still doughy inside, approximately 8 minutes.
3. Add Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup and keep cooking until thickened, approximately 8 minutes and leave on the tray to cool down.
4. Roll the dough in small balls and coat with shredded coconut. Serve
