White Bread Dough for making marble

Brioche mould, greased with shortening

Sliced Almond for decorating

Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup

Method

  1. Add all dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup, eggs and cold water. Mix just to combine. Add salted butter and continue mixing for 12-15 minutes till smooth.

  1. Cut and divided green dough into 4 pieces. Roll out to thin sheets. Cut and divide white dough into 4 pieces. Roll out to thin sheets as well.

      3. Alternate green and white layers. Roll nicely and cut at 80 g each. Place on the moulds and decorate with sliced almonds. Proof till double in size.

      4. Bake at 350 degree Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes or till fully baked. Before serve, pour Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup over. Serve immediately. 

Remarks 

1. From Cream Soda Bread recipe to White Bread Recipe, change sugar quantity to 180 g. Remove Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup and change water quantity to 500 g.

Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
