Method
Method (for Cream Soda Milk Pudding)1.Bring UHT milk, agar powder and Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup to boil. Set aside and cool down till warm. Pour in the moulds with cream soda jelly beneath. Refrigerate to set. Decorate with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup, chocolate curls, cantaloupe and mint leaves. Refrigerate till served.
Method (for Cream Soda Jelly)
1. Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup with water and agar powder. Bring to boil and set aside. Use warm.
Remark:Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
