Method

1. Bring water to boil. Add sago and mix well.

2. Add longan, corn kernels and Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup. Mix well and remove from heat.

3. When served, add cream soda sago in serving glass. Pour coconut cream on top. Decorate with fresh strawberries, mint leaves and chocolate decoration.

Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
