Mould for making jelly ice cube

1.  Mix agar powder with water. Bring to boil. Add Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup. Mix and bring to boil again.

2. Pour the mixture till ½ of the mould. Add strawberries and fill jelly to the top. Refrigerate to set and unmould.

3. Scoop cream soda jelly in a serving glass. Add Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup and crushed ice. Serve immediately.

Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
