Method
|
1. Press sticky rice firmly in the mould. Unmould and place on a plate with taro paste prepared. Put gingko nuts all over. Set aside. |

2. Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup with water. Bring to boil and add potato starch mixed with water. Mix well. |

3. Pour syrup mixture over the sticky rice and taro paste. Decorate nicely and serve. |

Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region. |
