Method
1. Place Chinese jujube in the bottom. Cover with sticky rice about ½ of the bowl.2. Add taro paste. Press till firm. Turn upside down on a serving plate.
3. Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup with water and gingko nuts. Bring to boil. Add potato starch and mix till cooked and thickened.
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
