Emerald Sweet Sticky Rice and Taro Paste

Sweet Sticky Rice

Sweet Taro Paste

Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup

Gingko Nuts, cooked

Potato Starch mixed with water

Bowl for moulding sticky rice and taro paste, 3” deep

Pitted Chinese Jujube in Syrup and Red Maraschino Cherry in Syrup for decoration

Method

1. Place Chinese jujube in the bottom. Cover with sticky rice about ½ of the bowl.
2. Add taro paste. Press till firm. Turn upside down on a serving plate.
3. Mix Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup with water and gingko nuts. Bring to boil. Add potato starch and mix till cooked and thickened.




Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
