Method
|
1. Make ruby and emerald water chestnuts by soaking water chestnut in Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup and Sala Flavored Syrup. |

2. Once water chestnuts absorb nice color, strain and coat with cassava flour lightly. |
|
3. Boil in boiling water and blanch in cold water. Set aside. |
|
4. Boil sweet potatoes, pumpkin and taro just to cook. Set aside. |
|
5. Mix water with sugar and salt. Once mixture starts to boil, add coconut milk and mix well. |
|
6. Add sweet potatoes, pumpkin, taro, ruby water chestnut and emerald chestnut. |
|
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region. |
