Fresh Fruits with Cream Soda Salad Dressing
Ingredient
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup | 150 | g |
| Egg Yolk | 2 | pcs |
| Condensed Milk | 70 | g |
| Soy Bean Oil | 200 | g |
| Mustard | ||
| White Vinegar | 1 | tsp |
| Lime Juice | 2 | tbsp |
| Fruits of your preference, cut in cubes or scoop | ||
| Wooded skewer | ||
Method
Method1. Whip egg yolk with whisk.
2. While whipping, gradually add soy bean oil till thickened. Add mustard, white vinegar, lime juice and salt. Whip till incorporate.
3. Skewer fruits. Serve with Cream Soda Salad Dressing.
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
