| Evaporated Milk | 250 | g |
| Condensed Milk | 1 | tbsp |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup | 50 | g |
| Mould – any preferred size or shape | ||
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup | ||
| Chocolate Flavored Rice Crispy and fresh fruits for decoration | ||
Method
1. Drizzle Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup in the mould. Set aside.2. Bloom gelatin powder with hot water. Set aside.
3. Beat yolk with whisk attachment at high speed for about 5 minutes. At the same time, mix evaporated milk with condensed milk. Heat till boil and temper into yolk. Mix well and add Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup and gelatin mixture. Mix well and turn off the mixer.
4. Pour the mixture into the mould and refrigerate till set. Once set, remove from the mould and serve with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup, rice crispy and fresh fruits.
