Method

1. Mix soft butter with condensed milk and Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup till combined.

2. Mix baking soda with water. Add into first mixture.

3. Sift cake flour directly into the first mixture. Knead till combined. Rest for an hour.

4. Cut and scale at 15 g each. Roll out and add fillings in the middle. Make round balls and flatten a little.

5. Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes or till cooked.

Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
