Method
|
1. Mix soft butter with condensed milk and Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Cream Soda Flavored Syrup till combined. |

2. Mix baking soda with water. Add into first mixture. |
|
3. Sift cake flour directly into the first mixture. Knead till combined. Rest for an hour. |
|
4. Cut and scale at 15 g each. Roll out and add fillings in the middle. Make round balls and flatten a little. |
|
5. Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes or till cooked. |
|
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region. |
