Pineapple Cake

Ingredient

Cake Flour                 350     g
Corn Starch                   20     g
Baking Powder                     1    tsp
Baking Soda                 ¼  tsp
Vanilla Powder                   1     tsp
Salted Butter                   250     g
Margarine                    60    g
Sugar                      250     g
Eggs                       4    pcs
Evaporated Milk                   50     g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup     100    g
Lemon Yellow, Purple and Pink Food Coloring  ½    tsp eac

Method


1.Sift all dry ingredients. Set aside.
2.Beat salted butter with margarine with paddle attachment on medium speed for 10 minutes. Add eggs one by one and incorporate well. Add the rest of ingredients and mix till well combined.
3.Divide batter into 3 parts. Mix with each of food coloring, and pour each color in each mould. Smooth the surface and bake at 300 degree Fahrenheit for 40 minutes for till baked. Remove from the mould upside down and leave to cool.
4.Slice cakes into 3 layers. Put the first layer and drizzle with pineapple syrup. Spread pineapple cream cheese fillings. Repeat the same process with different color sponge. Mask whole cake with pineapple cream cheese and decorate. Refrigerate till set.
