Charcoal Roll Cake with Strawberry Fillings

| Cream, whipped | 300 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup | 150 | g |
| Water, hot | 50 | g |
| Gelatin Powder | 1 | tbsp |
Method
1.Sift cake flour with baking powder, vanilla powder, salt and charcoal powder together. Add sugar and mix well. Set aside.2.Add cold eggs in mixing bowl. Add sifted ingredients and mix just to combine. Add ovallette and whip with whisk attachment at low speed for 1 minute. Change to high speed and whip for 2 minutes. Add cold water and food coloring. Continue at high speed for 3 minutes and low speed for another 3 minutes. Add melted salted butter and vegetable oil. Mix just to combine and fold in with spatula.
3.Pour the batter in the prepared trays, 350 g each. Smooth the surface and bake at 400 degree Fahrenheit for 5 minutes or till baked.
4.Spread strawberry cream filling over the sponge. Sprinkle diced strawberries evenly. Roll and refrigerate till set. Cut thin slice and serve with whipped cream, fresh strawberries and mint leaves.
Method for Strawberry Cream Fillings
1.Mix gelatin powder with hot water. Set aside.
2.Mix whipped cream with Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Strawberry Flavored Syrup. Add warm gelatin and mix well.
Remark: Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers' preference in each region.
