Salmon Steak with Hawaiian Sauce

| Salmon Steak, 1” thick | 2 | pcs |
| Vegetable Oil | ||
| Salt and Pepper, each | ¼ | tsp |
| Ingredients for Hawaiian Sauce | ||
| Broccoli, Cauliflower, Potatoes and Carrots, blanched | 100 | g |
| Onion, diced | 20 | g |
| Capsicum, 3 color, diced | 20 | g |
| Raisin, dark | 20 | g |
| Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup | 50 | g |
| Pineapple, roasted | 2 | slices |
| Butter, salted | 1 | tbsp |
| Whipping Cream | 4 | tbsp |
| Ground Pepper | ¼ | tsp |
| Salt | 1/8 | tsp |
Method
1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on salmon. Coat with all purpose flour on both side. Sear in saucepan and fry till cooked on both side.
2. Stir fry onion, capsicum, raisin and salted butter till there is nice aroma. Add Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup. Season with salt and ground pepper. Once boiled, add whipping cream. Mix and remove from heat.
3. Decorate salmon on roasted pineapple. Pour Hawaiian sauce on top and serve with blanched pineapple.
Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
