Salmon Steak with Hawaiian Sauce

Ingredient

All Purpose Flour for coating
Salmon Steak, 1” thick    2    pcs
Vegetable Oil
Salt and Pepper, each    ¼    tsp
Ingredients for Hawaiian Sauce     
Broccoli, Cauliflower, Potatoes and Carrots, blanched    100     g
Onion, diced        20     g
Capsicum, 3 color, diced    20     g
Raisin, dark    20     g
Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup    50     g
Pineapple, roasted    2     slices
Butter, salted   1   tbsp
Whipping Cream  tbsp
Ground Pepper   ¼   tsp
Salt   1/8     tsp

Method


1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on salmon. Coat with all purpose flour on both side. Sear in saucepan and fry till cooked on both side.
2. Stir fry onion, capsicum, raisin and salted butter till there is nice aroma. Add Hale’s Blue Boy Concentrated Pineapple Flavored Syrup. Season with salt and ground pepper. Once boiled, add whipping cream. Mix and remove from heat.
3. Decorate salmon on roasted pineapple. Pour Hawaiian sauce on top and serve with blanched pineapple.




Remark : Ratio of concentrated syrup and other ingredients can be adjusted according to consumers preference in each region.
